MEET JAYSA!

I want people to feel welcomed, included, and like they belong when they step through the door. You may feel nervous, scared or intimidated walking in for your first class which is 100% normal, but you won't feel that way after class. I want others to feel excited about fitness and trying something new.

  • Jaysa’s classes are so fun that you don’t even feel like you’re working out and they're huge stress-relievers! I always leave refreshed and energized, helping me keep up with my three kids. Jaysa is a great coach and awesome at what she does!

  • I met Jaysa about a year ago when we tried out her programs through Head Start! Since then, I have attended numerous classes in every format. Jaysa is an amazing instructor, mentor and friend! She really makes sure each of the participants feels comfortable with the moves and provides modifications when needed! The music and choreography are always fun! If you attend a class, expect to have fun and get in a great workout! 10/10 - I will always recommend!
